The Grande Thabure Horse Racing Lifestyle Jubilee announced the Grande Thabure Traditional Horse Racing Extravaganza on 5 September in Bloemfontein.  The extravaganza is set to be a luxurious event with entertainment featuring household names from across the country.
The luxurious horse racing event will be poised to be the flagship traditional horse racing and lifestyle event in the province.  Spectators and participants will be treated to entertainment ranging from horse racing of different distances, red carpet treatment with national celebrities and media, themed fashion, craft stalls, music and dance stage, food court and a children’s village.


“The event will bring into sharp focus the equine agri-tourism which has become a big part of agri-tourism experiences. Equine tourism is travel inspired by the horse, for recreation, leisure and business; encompassing all activities that has the horse as its focus,” said Maleshoane Dichabo a representative of Grade Thabure.


The event will also give opportunity to local artist to perform alongside established national artists. The event will also host a fashion show where rising fashion designers can show case their skills.

The event will be held on 2 November at the Bloemfontein Equestrian Centre. This will showcase the ability and strength of Bloemfontein to host major events and promote tourism in the Province. Tourists set to attend the event can look forward to hospitability, food and adventure.
